Bosko: Siberian Husky (M) 4 years

Hi, my name is Bosko. I think I am BOSS and I need an experienced, assertive human who will not let me jump up.

I can be affectionate, however I must never be allowed to jump up. I am what is called a “”Height Seeker”, and by jumping up, I think I am more dominant than you. I respond well to the “off” command. It does take me a couple of weeks to settle in; and during this time I can be very dominant with my human and with other animals. Once I am settled in and adjusted, I am much more social.

I should not be in a home with young children. I haven’t been around dogs that much and am very choosy of my canine friends. I need to meet my new family member prior to adoption to make sure we can get along. I haven’t met any cats, so please no cats or small dogs.

I have always been an outdoor dog. I am relatively quiet unless I am having an episode of separation anxiety. I get excitable and loud when humans come around. I am not crate trained.

I am not house trained. I am microchipped. I am intact and will be adopted on a neuter contract to be completed once I am more settled into my new home. I am located in Tweed, ON and my adoption fee is $100.
